Saudi Arabia's main stock index, the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), closed lower on Monday, September 7, 2026, retreating 0.4% to settle at 11,025 points, according to financial data provider Argaam.

Total trading value on the exchange reached 3.4 billion Saudi riyals during the session, Argaam reported. The decline marks a reversal from the previous trading day, when the index had edged up by 11.52 points to close above 11,036 points, as reported by Sabq and Riyadh Daily.

In a separate note, Argaam highlighted auction activity, with 10.4 million shares changing hands at a combined value of 314 million riyals during the closing auction session.

The modest pullback comes after a brief uptick that had pushed the benchmark above the 11,030-point threshold. Market participants will be watching whether the index can hold support near the 11,000-point level in upcoming sessions, or if selling pressure intensifies amid fluctuating trading volumes.
